UniBio ("we") attaches great importance to the protection of your ("user", "member") privacy and personal information. However, in order to provide you with better services, we may collect and use your relevant information. We hope to explain to you through the "UniBio Privacy Policy" (this "Privacy Policy") how we collect, store, and use this information, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, update, delete, and protect this information.
By registering as a UniBio member or using UniBio services through other channels, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this Privacy Policy. When you register as a UniBio member, we presume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. If you do not have the corresponding civil capacity, you need to ask your parents or other guardians to carefully read this Privacy Policy, and use our services or provide information to us with the consent of your parents or other guardians. You and your parents or other guardians shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with legal provisions.

The personal information you provide to UniBio when registering as a UniBio member or using UniBio services through other channels (excluding industrial and commercial registration information that is required to be publicly disclosed in accordance with laws and regulations).
When you visit UniBio's relevant websites, UniBio servers automatically receive and record information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, time of access, language used, browser type, and other data.
If you use the mobile services of UniBio or its affiliates (such as WeChat official accounts, mobile applications, etc.), UniBio may read information related to your geographic location and the mobile device you are using, including but not limited to operating system, device model, device identification code, telecommunications carrier, etc.
Your personal data obtained by UniBio through lawful channels from legitimate third parties.

II. Use of Information

If a third party, independently or together with UniBio, uses your personal information with your permission to provide services to you, upon the completion of such services, it will be prohibited from accessing your personal information, including that which it was previously able to access.
For security reasons, UniBio may use your personal information to discover, prevent, and investigate conduct that endangers UniBio's or its affiliates' agreements, policies, or rules, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, UniBio or its affiliates, other users, and the public, and take necessary recording, analysis, and corrective measures in accordance with the law.
UniBio may obtain from third parties the account information (avatar, nickname, etc.) that you have authorized to share, and with your consent to this Privacy Policy, bind your third-party account to your UniBio account, enabling you to directly log in and use our services through third-party accounts. We will use your personal information on the premise of complying with relevant laws and regulations, in accordance with agreements with third parties, and after confirming the legitimacy of the source of personal information.

V. Information Protection
UniBio attaches great importance to information security and takes all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. If UniBio's physical and technical protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of your personal information, thereby causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, UniBio will bear the corresponding liability as stipulated by law.
There is no absolutely secure space on the internet. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, UniBio will promptly notify you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, including the basic situation of the security incident, possible impacts, measures that have been taken or will be taken, and methods for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks. If UniBio terminates services or operations, we will notify you at least thirty days in advance and delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of services or operations.
You have the right to independently modify or delete your personal information.
You fully understand and accept that in the following circumstances, UniBio's collection and use of personal information does not require your authorization and consent, but will be subject to relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory authorities:

(2) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, court trials, and execution of judgments;

VI. Account Cancellation
You understand and agree that you have the right to apply to UniBio for account cancellation at any time (via your account manager, email, phone, etc.). However, after you cancel your account, UniBio will not be able to assist you in restoring the aforementioned services. The cancellation of your account may cause significant inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. Before proceeding with the operation, please ensure that your account has no disputes, and back up all information and data related to your UniBio account, and download and save transaction vouchers, receipts (such as electronic invoices) and other materials for orders and services. UniBio will store your order information in accordance with laws and regulations, but will not provide you with free inquiry services.
