Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonists have revolutionized the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity over the past decade. However, the efficacy ceiling of single-target drugs and gastrointestinal tolerance issues have prompted researchers to explore more complex multi-target synergistic strategies.

With the continuous improvement of global living standards, the incidence of obesity and overweight continues to rise, posing a severe public health challenge. Currently, there remains a lack of effective treatments for overnutrition-induced obesity, which involves complex metabolic and immune regulatory mechanisms.
