B7-H3/CD276: A Key Co-inhibitory Molecule in Tumor Immune Evasion and a Broad-Spectrum Therapeutic Target
This article focuses on the molecular characteristics and tumor immune regulatory functions of B7-H3 (CD276), systematically elaborating its structural composition as a B7 family immune checkpoint molecule, its two isoforms, and the generation mechanisms of soluble forms, analyzing its distribution characteristics of low expression in normal tissues and high expression in various malignant tumors and tumor microenvironment stromal components, and exploring the molecular mechanisms by which it promotes tumor proliferation, metastasis, and drug resistance through immune and non-immune pathways.
